I am a mom of 4 and have over 5 years of experience supporting women in a variety of prenatal, birth, and postpartum needs. I believe that you are the expert in your body and baby. My live birth package includes two, in person prenatal visits to discuss your birth vision, childbirth education, comfort measures, unlimited text and call support during pregnancy and early labor, continuous in person support during active labor and delivery. One follow-up postpartum visit included as well.

As your doula, I will be there for you every step of the way. Ensuring your comfort, and empowering you to recognize the strength you carry in the birth room and beyond- into your role as a mother to your new baby. It is my goal to provide support, knowledge, and resources to help a family have the birth they want and feel good about it. I’ve always known I was meant to do work that was meaningful for me, and my community. Providing a service like being a doula would be a way to channel this gift while fulfilling a passion that is sacred to me. I have had the honor of experiencing what it’s like to give birth with a doula in the room while in labor. That was my confirmation this is what I was made to do. Packages are based on services requested and distance travelled. I offer a variety of different options including childbirth classes, prenatal visits, birth plan creation, and postpartum visits. $200 due at contract signing, remaining balance of $600 due at 38 weeks.

Birth doula fees cover the support you receive during pregnancy, labor/birth, & the postpartum period. I offer 3-5 antepartum visits, 18 hrs. of support during labor/birth, & 1-3 postpartum home visits. Additional visits are charged at $50/hr. during the day & $60/hr. at night, with a minimum of 2 hours booked during the day and a minimum of 6 hours booked at night. An additional $0.82/mile charge will be applied to cover gas and travel time (for clients within my 65 mile service range) per additional visit. Examples of additional visits include: extra antepartum and/or postpartum visits. The average labor takes 12-24 hrs. from the start of early labor to the birth of your baby. Once in-person doula support surpasses 18 hrs., an hourly fee of $50.00/hour will go into effect. Payment is due within 72 hrs. after your birth. I offer a 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT on both birth doula & postpartum doula services for military/veteran families.

I am in San Francisco, but sometimes take clients in Peninsula and East bay. My birth doula fee includes 2-3 prenatal visits (2-3 hours long), birth attendance, Birth photography, use of TENS unit, 1-2 Postpartum visits: the day you come from a hospital and a week after. Reduced fee for single moms and home births.

My fees range greatly due to the various services I provide. I offer Placenta encapsulation for $250. I teach childbirth courses a la carte based on where you are in pregnancy for $150 per class or $400 if you sign up for all 3 (early pregnancy and choices, labor and delivery, and postpartum/nursing). I offer birth doula services for $1000. I offer $100 off for each service added to the original (for example, the total for classes, PE, and doula services would be $1450). That being said, there is wiggle room as I want to be able to accommodate as many women from as many backgrounds as possible. I do offer reduced fees and/or payment plans for clients with tight budgets as I believe every woman who wants a doula should have a doula.

The rate for birth doula and postpartum doula services vary depending on the package you would like. We are flexible with time depending on availability and what you are looking for. Payment plans are available and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Provide resources to you from the education and training I have. I'm trained in acupressure and different comfort measures. $1,500 Homebirth/Birth center. $1,800 Hospital birth. I will be with you during labor and through your birth, postpartum visit 5 to 7 days after birth. I have had experience in c-sections, long labors, short labors, labor with nitrogen oxide, medicated and all natural birth support! I am a wife, mother!! I accept FSA/HSA payments! I offer a sliding scale and payment plans. I accept Tricare, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United healthcare, and Medicaid. Payment range shown for if you add additional packages like birth or newborn photography etc

Birth Doula package: Includes unlimited prenatal visits, labor and delivery support, one postpartum in person visit, that includes feeding support. Individualized care & education with evidence based research! Flexible wide range options for prenatal and postpartum visits. Great quick communication is my forte! My Birth Doula services include childbirth education, birth preferences planning, 24/7 support via phone, text & email, continuous labor support, hands-on comfort measures, Spinning Babies expertise, birth preference advocacy, evidence-based information, immediate postpartum support, initial breastfeeding, and one postpartum meeting. I am available for one complimentary interview to decide if we are a good fit. After signing a contract and making a $800 deposit, I will secure your date on my calendar.
