It is my goal to provide support, knowledge, and resources to help a family have the birth they want and feel good about it. I’ve always known I was meant to do work that was meaningful for me, and my community. Providing a service like being a doula would be a way to channel this gift while fulfilling a passion that is sacred to me. I have had the honor of experiencing what it’s like to give birth with a doula in the room while in labor. That was my confirmation this is what I was made to do. I am a Polish-trained CNM/Midwife with experience in hospital and Home births. 37 years of experience. As birth Doula prenatal care includes 1-3 visits when I offer services with Childbirth and Lactation Education. Attendance at birth-start at home, birthing center or hospital and 1-2 postpartum visits. As postpartum Doula visits depending on the needs of Mother and family. Birth and postpartum Doula services and fees depend on location. I am Traditional Midwife and also assist the midwives CPMs with home deliveries, NJ and PA. And VBAC and Virtual Support. The lower in price is for Hospital support only but if you want me to spend more time with you starting at home the fee will be higher.

My fee includes 2 prenatal visits, one virtually over Zoom and one in-person prenatal. I provide continual email/phone support, on-call support at 37 weeks, continual in-person labor support at home and/or hospital, immediate breast/chest-feeding support after birth, and two postpartum visit either in person or virtual check-ins. CLC certified for four years. I offer sliding scale for clients with potential need, please inquire. I offer placenta encapsulation services for $475. This includes around 100-120 pills encapsulated from your placenta, a tincture, umbilical cord keepsake, and a 15 min consultation on how to incorporate your medicine into your daily routine.

I offer a sliding scale fee as well as donate my services on occasion. I believe the most important thing is a safe birth outcome. Private custom Birth Ed Classes are tailored to the family during pregnancy to help to ensure a successful knowledge & skill for the new family unit. I attend the birth, help with breastfeeding, teach pumping methods, ensure rest & recovery help for the mom & new family, assist with newborn care, emotional support. Learn soothing techniques, nutritional care, sibling transition, whatever your personal dynamics involve. In short; I tend the mama so she can tend her baby.

Birth doula fees cover the support you receive during pregnancy, labor/birth, & the postpartum period. I offer 3-5 antepartum visits, 18 hrs. of support during labor/birth, & 1-3 postpartum home visits. Additional visits are charged at $50/hr. during the day & $60/hr. at night, with a minimum of 2 hours booked during the day and a minimum of 6 hours booked at night. An additional $0.82/mile charge will be applied to cover gas and travel time (for clients within my 65 mile service range) per additional visit. Examples of additional visits include: extra antepartum and/or postpartum visits. The average labor takes 12-24 hrs. from the start of early labor to the birth of your baby. Once in-person doula support surpasses 18 hrs., an hourly fee of $50.00/hour will go into effect. Payment is due within 72 hrs. after your birth. I offer a 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT on both birth doula & postpartum doula services for military/veteran families.

My fees range greatly due to the various services I provide. I offer Placenta encapsulation for $250. I teach childbirth courses a la carte based on where you are in pregnancy for $150 per class or $400 if you sign up for all 3 (early pregnancy and choices, labor and delivery, and postpartum/nursing). I offer birth doula services for $1000. I offer $100 off for each service added to the original (for example, the total for classes, PE, and doula services would be $1450). That being said, there is wiggle room as I want to be able to accommodate as many women from as many backgrounds as possible. I do offer reduced fees and/or payment plans for clients with tight budgets as I believe every woman who wants a doula should have a doula.

The rate for birth doula and postpartum doula services vary depending on the package you would like. We are flexible with time depending on availability and what you are looking for. Payment plans are available and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

My birth work fee includes two to four prenatal visits, the full length of your birth and up to four post partum visits. Visits can be in person or via zoom which ever you prefer. Birth Photos also included if time and experience allows.
